We carried out a creative consulting of “GOGYO”, a ramen shop that opened in Surry Hills, a city in Sydney, Australia. With the concept of “drink, snack, and call it a night with noodles”, GOGYO opened in Fukuoka in 2000 and it is IPPUDO’s sister brand which became the prototype for “IPPUDO New York”. Stores are set up in Nishiazabu, Kyoto, Nagoya, Hong Kong, and Fukuoka Airport, and Surry Hills will be the 6th. With high-quality selection and service, the shop suggests Japanese Wonder. In 2018, it acquired 29th in Australia’s Best Restaurant ranking.
